招聘岗位

招聘及待遇
这次招聘岗位发展迅速空间大，实行聘期管理(每聘期3年)，年薪在18-70万元之间，具体方面进行协商。
三亚中央商务区管理局实施公司化、市场化用人制度，依法签订劳动合同，用人单位实行试用期制，其中副局长岗位试用期1年，其他岗位试用期3个月。 试用期审查合格的，正式办理招聘手续，试用期开始时间明确是本人上岗时间的审查不合格的，根据具体情况进行调整，或者依法解除劳动合同。 招聘职位没有合适的候选人时，取消该职位的公开招募。
网上再试，事业地为三亚以外的人，给予出差补助金(交通费和住宿费，其中交通费用票据实际销售，住宿费350元/天以下)，大致在3000元/人以下。

选择录用过程
(一)申请
1 .报名时间: 3月31日至4月30日，根据简历的送达情况适当调整。
2 .报名方法:报名者查看通过“海南自由贸易港招商引资网”“智联招聘”“猎聘网”“fesco官网”发布的招聘公告，下载并填写“三亚中央商务区管理局公开招聘名单”，报名表格和个人完整履历。 邮件标题是“应聘部门名称+姓名”。
(二)资格审查
这次招聘委托专业人才企业成立专业项目组审查专家小组，该项目组专家初步审查应聘者的资格条件。 通过预备审查的申请人接到通知后，必须在规定时间内向审查专家指定的特别邮箱提交以下资料(电子版)。 初步审查合格后，应聘者应提供的资料清单:本人身份证或护照、毕业证、毕业证、学位证、专业技术资格证、职(执行)业资格证、任职文件、奖惩文件、第一学术科研成果、近三年业绩总结等资料电 其中出国留学的学历学位证书必须提供教育部留学服务中心颁发的学历学位说明书。

(四)复试
对通过初试的人，专家小组通知参加复试。 复试包括半结构化面试，第一测试考生履行职责的基本素质和综合分解、逻辑思维、语言表达等方面的能力。 具体重试时间以通知为准。
(五)心理评价
对于通过复试的人，专家小组安排参加网上心理评价。 心理评价主要用于了解人选的能力、人格、心理健康等心理特征。 人选必须在规定的时间内完成并提交所有的评价复印件。 如果没有在规定的时间内完成，则认为人选自动放弃。
(六)考虑明确录用提案人
副局长的岗位候选人由市委组织部主导实施调查，其他岗位由管理局安排背景调查。
(七)办理任职
根据有关规定明确拟任人，进行任前公示，根据公示没有异议的，履行录用手续。
如果选任职位没有合适的人选，取消该职位的公开选任。
